Cancellation policy

CONSUMER REVOCATION INSTRUCTION

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (OFFPEEL, Landfermannstraße 9, 47051 Duisburg, Germany , email: info@offpeel.de) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision, to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

If you revoke this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you (except delivery costs) immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the goods cannot be returned by normal post due to their nature, the costs are estimated at a maximum of around 10.00 euros.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
